How it works

Buying gifts can be tricky. But with a Gift Card you’re giving your friends and family the opportunity to get something they’ll truly enjoy. Here’s how:
  • Choose any amount between $5 - $500 to gift
  • You can pay with a credit card, Cheque or direct deposit
  • Delivery is within 6 business days by courier or 10 business days by registered post
  • The lucky recipient gets 12 months to use their Gift Card from date of issue
  • Balances and transaction history can be easily tracked on our homepage or by calling 1300 665 249

Now it’s even easier to send someone a gift - without the fuss. Our WISH and Woolworths group branded eGift Cards offer the benefits of traditional Gift Cards, but also:
  • can be sent via email for a speedier delivery, either to yourself or directly to the recipient

  • can include a personalised message, including your own image*

Payment information - Online ordering

We accept Credit Card, Cheque and Direct Deposit as payment for Gift Card orders. If you are paying via Cheque or Direct Deposit, we will send you a Tax Invoice.

When paying via Credit Card, your Tax Invoice will be generated when payment has been completed successfully.


Please note, when the 'Pay Later' option is selected, a tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address. Payment must be received in full prior to cards being released for delivery.
